Processing Time All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to resolve it.
